Are the trips chaperoned?

Additionally, we have a team of EMT's on location in case of injury or accident. We also maintain a 24 hour office for use by parents or participants in case of emergency, or anything else that comes up.

What's the deal with the wristband?
The wristband is given to you at check-in and signifies you are a paid participant of the Lifestylez trip. It gives you access to all activities included in your trip. It prevents people who haven't paid from enjoying all the things that you paid for. Without the wristband, you will not be admitted to any Lifestylez event. Food, Beverage, and Activity discounts are available only to those with a Lifestylez wristband.

Will we be able to pick our own roommates?
Yes. You must pick your own roommates. Remember pricing is based on maximum capacity for each condo. If you do not have enough people for the condo, we will either have to put someone in that space if possible, or charge you the upgrade price. Condos are filled at Maximum capacity, if one person cancels out of the Condo, you must find someone to take their place or pay the upgrade fee.

We have a large group going, will our group be together in the condo?
As much as possible we try to keep groups together. With the size of groups and how the properties are laid out, it is not always possible. One thing that helps is getting your applications and final payments in together and as soon as possible. If for some reason you aren't all together, you should be fairly close to one another. And how often do you want to stay in your room anyway? These trips are all about having fun and partying!

Is food included?
No. Food is not included in the price of the trip. It is up to the individual to buy their own meals. All our properties are within close distance of restaurants. With your Lifestylez wristband there on often discounts on food and beverages and Happy Hour specials.

What if I need to cancel?

  1. All deposits are non-refundable and final.
  2. Final payments are transferable to another participant that does not already have a deposit down, with an additional $30 transfer fee.
  3. No transfer will be accepted within 7 business days of the trip.

Can I pay for the trip late?
Yes. Since these trips typically sell out, availability is extremely limited. If a spot becomes available, you may pay your final payment after the due date, however, you must pay a $30 late fee. Paying late also makes the chances of rooming with others in your group less likely.

Is there a security deposit?
No. An imprint of your Credit Card will be taken at check-in, so that in the case of damages we will charge them to your card. At the end of the trip, if you have not caused any damages (you won't, right?) your Credit Card will not be charged. If for some reason you decide to damage your room you will be billed for the full damage.

Do we have to bring a Credit Card?
Yes. We must have a credit card to check as a security deposit. Plus, credit cards are a second form of I.D. in case you need it! You will also need a valid form of I.D. to check in and to get into bars and clubs.

What if I don't have a Credit Card?
You will need to put your deposit on a friend's card. In case of damage their card will be billed for the damage. It is highly recommended that you have your own card. If you don't and have to put it on a friends card, it is advised that you work this out ahead of time.

What should I bring?
Well, the basics of course: clothes, toothbrush, and all the stuff you need to look your best. Bring any equipment you use to snowboard or ski. Be sure to bring heavy jackets and coats, beanies, sunglasses, goggles, sunscreen, lip balm or anything else you would need in a snow cover cold environment. Bring anything that you think you'll need to make the trip more fun. Do keep in mind, if you are taking the bus, there isn't unlimited space for luggage. Pack fun, but pack smart.
