CHECK-IN INFORMATION

Arriving In:
Winter Park January 6th, 2008

Check in will not begin until 2:30PM!!! Don’t Arrive Early!! Winter Park has a huge group checking out the morning of the 1st and we have been advised to express to all groups to not arrive early as rooms will not be ready! The earliest possible check in time will be 2:30PM and rooms are not Guaranteed until 4:00PM in conjunction with regular resort check in times!! Your patience will be appreciated as we expect the process to take some time.

Courtyard at Cooper Creek Square (located on the main street of Winter Park)

Check in will be held at the Courtyard at Cooper Creek Square. The Town of Winter Park is Only about 2 miles in total length. Cooper Creek Square is a Large Brick Building with shops and stores…You can’t miss it! Check in Signs will also be posted as you enter the Town!! We look forward to seeing you!!!

What if I’m late?? Check-in will be moved to a 24 hour location after 8pm. Directions and further instructions about check-in after 8pm will be posted at the front door of the Lifestylez check-in Center. A Late night check in phone # will also be posted for additional support for those arriving late into the evening.

Note: if any $$$ is due to Lifestylez upon check-in? then the check-in process may not be as pleasant as you may expect. There will be a LONG WAIT in order to clear your accounting. All $$$ Due should be taken care of prior to Check-in.

**IMPORTANT** EVERYONE MUST HAVE A CREDIT CARD TO CHECK IN!

No exceptions! This serves as an Incidental deposit for your condo. Your credit card will not be charged unless there is excessive cleaning or unclaimed common area damage to your room. We would expect that you as "ADULTS" would respect and appreciate the Homes and hard work of others. Parent's cards may be used. A letter of Consent must be presented with the parent's card.
